Confidentiality & Privacy

• All sessions are held in strict confidence unless disclosure is required by law.

• Any information shared is treated with respect, care, and privacy.

• Sessions may not be recorded or shared publicly without mutual written consent.

​​Scheduling & Payment

• All sessions are booked and paid in advance through my online scheduling system.

• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party platforms (e.g. Wix or Paypal).

• You will receive an email confirmation of your session and a Google Meets video call link.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable, as your session time has been specially reserved.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive or log in on time to honor the session’s full length.

• If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.

Refunds

• All sales are final once your booking is confirmed.

• Refunds are not available for completed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations.

• Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis in the event of an emergency.

Ethics & Integrity

• All readings and healing services are provided with honesty, compassion, and integrity.

• I do not offer medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and my services do not replace professional care.

• Clients are encouraged to use discernment and trust their own intuition when integrating insights received. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on information received.
