About Kristen
Hi! I’m Kristen, and I'm a Medium and Intuitive Healer. My spiritual path began in childhood, when I was raised in the Methodist church and inspired by its motto: Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors. That phrase has stayed with me, and today I bring the same openness to my work as both a Spiritualist (one who believes communication with spirits is possible after death) and an Omnist (one who honors truth and wisdom in all faiths and traditions).
Sensitivity has always been a defining part of who I am. When I was younger, I was called “too sensitive.” Later in life, I discovered that I am AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD), which helped me understand my heightened perception, sensory needs, and how I process information. While I can consider my sensitivity to be a gift, my mediumship and intuitive healing abilities are learned and cultivated through years of study and practice.
My first experiences as a medium began in childhood, when I perceived the spirit of a deceased family member whom I had never personally met. I was able to describe the outfit she was buried in to my mom, who had recently attended the funeral service. Though the moment was frightening, I never doubted what happened. In high school and college, I continued exploring—learning about World Religions, Tea Leaf Reading, and receiving my first intuitive readings. In 2017, I completed the Empowered Wisdom Program, a one-on-one spiritual mentorship with Medium & Certified Spiritual Life Coach Molly MacCartney. I revisited this program in 2020, then pursued additional training with Rev. Maria Leggett through Mediumship 101 & 102 classes. I went on to pursue advanced training through her Mediumship and Spiritual Healing Arts Program—a two-year journey that I completed in 2024. I am currently revisiting this program with the 2025–26 class to expand and refine my skills.
Before stepping fully into this calling, I walked many paths—working as a Paralegal, Registered Nurse, Art Studio Assistant, Substitute Teacher, and stay-at-home mom to a medically fragile child. Each of these roles taught me something essential about service, care, and resilience. Now that my son attends school, I am answering my true calling: creating a safe, supportive space where others can heal, explore, and connect with their Higher Selves.
My path is eclectic and evolving, and so is my practice. Everything I offer is grounded in compassion and respect. Please, take what resonates, and leave the rest. My intention is always to meet you where you are—with openness, warmth, and integrity.
